Also, my dumb 3G phone had no service, so I stopped inside the store to make sure that I wasn't interfering with customers driving in and out, and I also asked if I could please make a call for assistance. The staff was wonderful, and Keelie even offered me the use of her phone. That in itself helped immensely, as I then went out to my truck with her phone and described to my company exactly what I was seeing so they could send the best help, tools, and equipment. AutoZone made the experience go as smoothly as possible, simply by being kind and helpful and positive, and even helping out my mechanic when he arrived. My gratitude for such terrific people, making this world a tad brighter, which meant a great deal. Mike D.
