- DGdavid grantonicDec 2, 20255.0I took my Toyota sequoia to Preston Toyota in Boardman for a slow leak rear tire. $290 later they replaced 2 of the sensors out of the 5 that are on that car. They were only 3 years old. The original ones lasted 16 years. Who am I to argue. All I wanted was the tire fixed and the flat tire light to go out. After I paid the $290 service at PRESTON TOYOTA IN BOARDMAN they told me that they could not make the light go out because I had 3 other aftermarket sensors in the rest of the tires and I would have to replace them all. That was going to be over $400.00 to replace the sensors just to get my flat tire light on my dash to go out. I did not buy there bull. I than took my Toyota to Harlins and they were able to synchronize the new Toyota sensors and the ones that they put in three years ago. The light is now off. N/C. Took them 30 min. After that, I called JOHN the Service Manager At Preston Toyota of Boardman and asked him Why there Techs could not do the entire job. He said that he would look into it and call me back. That was 3 weeks ago. I don’t think John At Preston, Toyota Of Boardman is going to call me back. Dave G
