The young man I dealt with Peter Glowe advisor was very specific in everything they would do to rectify the problem and the estimate he gave me was the price charged and was very kind and compassionate in dealing with a brain injured veteran and answered all my questions and concerns, and the problem was resolved. I would give them five out of five stars and and now have a new place of service to take my vehicles for all their service needs!
- JJJamesDec 17, 20255.0I had a multitude of things needed to be fixed on my Subaru, they did a full examination of the vehicle and emailed me the diagnosis of everything so I could review it all and make my decisions of what I wanted to have them work on. We went over everything together pretty in depth, communication was great throughout, and they even gave me a loaner vehicle while they did all the work. I could not recommend an auto repair place more than Harlan’s. Thank you.
