  Worked very good at diagnosing and repairing the problems that were found. Great service and I liked all the people that were working there. Very upfront about what they found and showed me and explained well what was wrong and what they needed to fix. Basically saved my engine from self destructing.

  Over charging for tire patch repair. Then tells me that my brakes on the front are over 50% wore and I have less than 20000 miles on my vehicle. After getting an oil change at the dealership my brakes are not even close. Now I don’t trust NTB. I called a few places after to verify what I was told about the cost. Not even close. They are double price of anywhere I looked. Will not be going back.

  Thank you Thank you with all my heart ❤️ Shelby he was the Soldier from the start was kind,respectful, took time and came out and talk with me I'm very grateful as a Old Senior being treated like mom.Deanna we hat a sweet heart wo e ks the front area and such a special person ❤️ I highly recommend them and Senior Citizens this should be your place also.God Bless them

  Horrible experience. I had to take my car back after being serviced and the issue is still not resolved. Now I have to take my car somewhere to get the issue fixed correctly.

  Guest vs Inconvenience: On 3/24, I was treated like a guest; 3/24, Treated like an inconvenience! 3/24/26 I originally came in regarding a possible CV joint issue, but after another assessment I wanted to update the information about what I believed was actually wrong with my car. 3/25 When I returned to drop off my vehicle for a scheduled assessment, the front desk employee was dismissive and not interested in listening. She kept referring only to what was already in the computer and repeatedly told me I was looking at around $800 without clearly explaining the assessment cost or discussing the issue with me. While I was there, I also observed several other customers calling or coming in with complaints about repairs or service, which was concerning. By the time my ride arrived, I decided to take my car across the street to Firestone instead. The experience there was completely different — I was welcomed, asked about my situation, my car was put in the garage for the night, and the assessment fee was clearly explained and less expensive. Customer service matters, especially when people are spending significant money on vehicle repairs. Unfortunately, this location was a very disappointing experience.
