Bought used jeep gladiator less then a month later in shop for leaking axle seal. Less then a month later back in same issue. Just received it back less then two weeks leaking worst then before oil every where. Been calling keep getting AI not a person.. called 4 time today no one has gotten back.. communication is poor it would not buy a used vehicle.paid extra for extended warranty, but it's been in the shop going on 3 times within the last 5 months for the same issue.sold me a lemon

Chasity and JP were miracle workers!!! I JUST purchased a jeep from them in March which was involved in an accident that totaled it 3 weeks later. JP was able to get me into a ride with that loan still out standing because insurance takes time. I was smart and got Gap so no concern there. But he and Chasity made it happen. Is it exactly what we wanted, no, but it's still a nice car, the payments are right and it kept me from having to leave my job due to transportation.

These guys are amazing. Got me out of my Silverado that I got scammed into buying, and set me up with the car I really wanted, for an affordable amount of money. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car (or new!) without hassle and fuss, and who disclose everything that is wrong with anything used. These guys are excellent. Came from out of state to buy a Cadillac advertised online. Sales rep Chasity and Sales Coach Andy were great at keeping me posted to avoid a wasted trip. I really liked that they pulled the keys once they knew I was on my way. Chasity was a delight; low-key, knowledgeable, and patient. Entire process was the best I've had in over 20 years. The last pleasant surprise was that the Finance guy was extremely pleasant, and straight. No high pressure BS to add add-ons at the last hurdle. Such a pleasant experience, I HIGHLY recommend.

UPDATE 4/18/26 I am happy to report, my husband was able to have a very positive conversation with Jason. Jason expressed sincere understanding and empathy of the negative experience that occurred. He expressed corrective measures that were put in place, due to my experience, to ensure future customers would have a positive and trustworthy experience. Thank you Jason, for making things right.
UPDATE 4/18/26
I was hoping to have a positive update regarding my experience with Jeff Wyler. However, it appears they continue to show the poor business measures the higher up I go. I contacted Jeff Wyler after they responded to this post to further discuss my experience. I then received a call from Nick, the sales manager, yesterday per the request of Jason Rosebrough (General Manager) for a 1:00pm meeting today. At 1:15, I have not yet spoken to Jason which resulted in calling the dealership myself. I left a voice for Jason and had of 2:50pm, I have yet to speak to Jason. I unfortunately had high hopes this issue would be resolved based on reading the responses made by Jason to other negative experiences. However, it’s feeling like the image portrayed is false advertisement and the teams behavior may be a direct reflection of modeled behavior from those in high roles.
Unfortunately, the only star goes to the Finance Manager, Derrick Jones. Not only did the process take forever, but the sales Manager Nick, attempted to scam me. I stated the bottom dollar I wanted for my trade in, which he agreed upon. He portrayed the agreement to look like the difference between my trade in and the amount owed on my loan would allow for a $4100 down payment. After three hours I made it to financing where Derrick was wonderful. After signing all documents, Derrick questioned if I would like to pay the $4100 in cash, card, or check. This is where the confusion happened. Luckily, I took a screenshot of the offer. Derrick indicated it looked odd and he understood the confusion so he sent me back to the sales manager to address the confusion. Nick, the sales manager, then came out to let me know the offer was $13,000 but the appraiser reported my car needed new tires and breaks. Conveniently, he reported the tires and breaks would be close to the exact equity difference that would have been my down payment. As if this wasn’t enough, I was asked if I wanted three additional add ons to my vehicle. I declined all of these. However, they kept the add on “pulse” as apart of the agreement, which I again stated I wanted to remove. Lanie, the sales rep, reported the add on was already on the vehicle and would need to be removed in the shop, taking even more time. At this point, I was exhausted from the process and just wanted to leave with my new car. I agreed to the add on but fully feel scammed. I will NEVER return to this dealership unless they would like to take corrective actions on my most recent experience.
