  Whatever you do don't get their paint protection package. Their techs DO NOT now how to keep a pad wet. Ruined the clear coat on my brand new car. I will never let them touch another car. I certainly won't buy another one. One of their managers Corey Brown has a fantastic silver tongue with which he uses to condescend whilst saying everything he's supposed to say to cover his ass. I'd go down the road to Bob Boyd if I need another one

  Horrible horrible experience with the level of customer service , and buying a brand new vehicle that has been sitting at this shop more than I have had it. No gumption to assist in coordinating efforts to correct the situation with FCA. Once you buy from them all level of customer care is gone!

  Agreed to $45k out-the-door on a new Ram 1500 Express with no add-ons. When I came in, they completely changed the numbers. Payment jumped to ~$500/month, which only makes sense if the price was inflated $10k. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch using monthly payment instead of actual price. I walked out and bought a nicer truck elsewhere in minutes for $44k out-the-door with better financing. Night and day difference. Be very careful here—get everything itemized before stepping foot in the dealership.
