  Never buy a used car here. They sell lemons as is, lie and omit information off of the car fax and In less then 4 months of ownership the car will be in the shop several times, once for a $1200 water pump, then $8K in work will suddenly magically need done, they keep it and they'll claim to have "fixed it" for free for you to get rid of a negative review and yet it'll end up back in a shop and not drivable. Engine issues on a car I’ve not even put 2000 miles on in the 4 months I’ve owned it.. The men of this business should be ashamed of themselves and Jeff Wyler should know how they're making his name look — just for them to reach out, offer to try and make this all better once and for all just for them to ghost you. Seriously unless you’re buying a brand new car do not shop here.

  Bought a car, they have an upgrade where they seal the paint and interior... well they sealed bird poop into the car in two places. We brought it up to our salesman the next morning, he said to give it the full 48 hrs and it'll just wipe off. Its been three weeks and is still sealed in. 🙃 we've taken it to the car wash, we've scrubbed it. Nothing. You'd think if they were sealing something they'd at least clean it first... That being said salesman was amazing, and we love the car (minus the shiny forever poo)

  Three months ago, I initially left a five-star review, anticipating that we were purchasing a reliable vehicle for my daughter and her son. We trusted that we were receiving honest information and not being misled or manipulated into buying a car that would quickly become problematic and costly. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Shortly after the purchase, (LITERALLY DAYS after the purchase) the car had to be returned due to mechanical issues. WHICH my daughter thought was leaking oil, but it was found that coolant was leaking from the water pump, running down engine block and oil pan, THEY did not take ownership of this issue, and it was paid for by us, this cost $1247.64 Before the temporary tag even expired it ended up BACK at the dealership due to additional problems, and we were informed that the following repairs were needed—(REFLECT back to the prior incident…this SAME issue/SAME problem was still a part of the problem when it went back in after money was spent to take care of it.—All still under the 30 day tag….this is how bad the situation was) AC Compressor/Seals (including labor) – $1,593.69 Cooler, Turbo Coolant Lines, Oil Return Pipe, and Gaskets – $1,698.61 Flex Pipe, Gaskets, and Nuts – $574.64 Serpentine Belt – $254.28 Front Engine Cover Reseal with New Valve Cover and Additional Parts – $1,785.35 We were shocked and disappointed to discover such an extensive list of repairs was required less than 30 days after purchase. My daughter’s sister wrote a review detailing our experience, and a manager quickly contacted my daughter, offering to fix everything if the review was removed. This felt manipulative and did not inspire confidence in their business practices....and here we are now.... Now, just three months later, the car is making alarming noises (same noises it did when it first went in), and we have chosen to seek assistance elsewhere. It is clear that this dealership prioritizes profit over customer safety and satisfaction--but they have no problem forcing their other addons on to your package when purchasing the car but you won't ever be able to use any of it because the cars are like this???? I am waiting to hear more on what it is that is wrong with this car so we know what our next steps need to be because this is absolutely unacceptable! Based on our experience, I cannot, WILL NOT and WOULD NEVER EVER recommend purchasing a vehicle from this establishment. Proceed with caution. (ALL within her 30 day tag timeframe, she didn’t even make it to the BMV to get her new tags, she did it while they had her car for weeks to make the repairs…) Alec Tanner is who sold my daughter the car...-- he and his manager clearly have no problems laying their head down on their pillows at night knowing that this situation is absolutely unacceptable...but they got their money so that's all that matters...

  This place stole my late husband Chevy Colorado 2020 truck, I took there to sale. I was in the process of transferring the loan and title in my name when the truck disappeared from this dealership. When I google the truck serial number it shows for sale in Batavia by the number used by the sales lady in Columbus. I went there to ask for the truck back today because I suspected something was wrong after recent phone calls. I was threatened for asking how they managed to sale a truck with a loan. One woman actually showed me the door for asking for my property back .

  First, I had a wonderful experience with Alec! I have challenging credit and I was able to get into something fairly new without a huge down payment! I didn’t feel pressured into buying a car and before we even started the process I doubted myself because of my credit and my cars have been from “buy here pay here.” Alex reassured me that the sales manager could get me into something nice and I was very happy I got the car I’ve always wanted! Cause I’m brutally honest the “negative” remark I have is that I live an hour away and half away and it was about close to 10 pm when I finally left the dealership, my check engine light came on. Mad? Yes ofc! I called the service center and they got me in as soon as they could! So my car is in the shop and I got my car on 3/31/26. Also cause it was dark and I couldn’t see there is a small crack in my windshield. I told Chris in service about that as well! My car is in the shop and I’m hoping that the issue gets fixed and nothing like “resetting” my system for the light to go off. The code itself reading is P0240! Other than that I would still recommend and they do take care of their customers!
