  This is my normal Valvoline location. They do great work. If they make a mistake, they will make it right. You can't ask for much more than that.

  The techs broke off a dipstick, which fell into the reservoir. Instead of owning up to it lied to me and said nothing happened. I could tell they were frantic and panicking because I always used Valvoline and knew their regular moves and go tos. After insisting some more, they finally admitted to breaking it off and couldn't get it out themselves. They said there would be no problems at all. Cut to two weeks later and my vehicle over heated, was bone dry with no coolant and no longer was safe to operate. I called and put in a claim, the manager Colin said their cameras were down that day and they didn't have any insurance to cover damages anyway. Odd, most business are required to carry COI and to operate a business with not one single security camera working...feels off. I was also talked down to and at one point during conversations they tried to explain how a combustion engine works to me, in the most absurd way to make it confusing. Deplorable!! I insisted they inspect it and make it right and yet somehow, four months later, I still don't have my vehicle back. All I've been dealing with was lies, demeaning attitudes and incompetency.

  The customer service was very poor. The employee was rude, impatient, and declined to assist me due to their mood. Would never return.

  Probably the worse experience getting an oil change. 1st of all, they don't want to drain your oil the right way, they want to stick a hose the depth of your dip stick ( which leaves a quart or two of the old dirty oil plus any sediments in the bottom of your engine oil pin) which will in time ruin your engine, but it saves them money on oil cost. When I told them I wanted it drained out the oil PAN like it's supposed to. They gave me an attitude then. After they showed me the oil. After the oil change on the dipstick, it was dirty. I told them that I was not satisfied with the oil change and I wanted them to drain the oil again. The manager come out and give me a very bad attitude and told me they was not going to do another oil change while the guy underneath took off oil filter, which started draining oil out of my engine. And they wanted me to start my car with very low oil in the engine. I told them I was not going to do that. They topped it off, then when I started it. I heard loud ticking. Come from my engine, which only has 70,000 miles on it. It had never made that sound before, but quit after the oil pressure built up. They didn't complete checking the things like tire pressure etc.This is very bad business, very bad. Maintenance practice.And if this type of service happens, someone's going to have damage to their motor. I would not take any vehicle to this place. In my opinion, nor would I use a company that doesn't want to drain your oil completely using the drain plug.
