    Not returning to Valvoline for oil changes. Every time I get my oil changed the price has increased and they say it’s because I have to use synthetic oil. But yet they offer less services like checking the oil filter, topping off the fluids and checking the tire pressure. This most recent trip they were finished in about 10 minutes. I asked if they topped off the fluids and they said yes. But they didn’t check the filter because they always show it to me and try to sell me a new one. Then I asked if they checked the tire pressure and they said no. So I had to ask if they would please do that. If Valvoline is only going to put oil in the car, I can buy the oil and do that myself.

    Very quick and polite service. I really like how they check just about everything and they show you filters to see if you want to replace them. All for a reasonable price.
