- SBSteven BeaudryDec 25, 20252.0Ive went to Pickerington location with my chrysler 300 (daily) and they ALWAYS spill oil in my engine compartment and don't even tell me so I think something is leaking when I get home...then I trusted my new baby, my 2022 mustang gt 5.0 to canal and the cashier was super friendly but oil finger prints all over my hood, fender, and gas cap from where I purchased fuel system treatment...I understand they're in oil all day but maybe a new set of gloves each car they service (top side techs at least) then the cashier. Again bless her heart wiped oil off my fender with a dry rough paper towel and I died a little inside...lol...I mean maybe provide your techs a few microfiber towels instead? If you want to appeal to real "car people" you really got to clean up your act as a whole...if I took my car into a shop I doubt my car would be an oily mess when I leave...I want to like your shop, I really do...steve

They were extremely competent even through the absolute inconvenience changing this thing caused. Dodge dart headlights shouldn't be so hard to change. They were kind enough to inspect it and take a photo from underneath the car since I couldn’t see it myself. They clearly explained the damage and even recommended a body shop. The team truly went above and beyond to help—Great Job!
