  A huge thank you to Devin Sims for going above and beyond helping us get into our new family vehicle. He was great to work with in terms of buying our Tahoe but such a great person too. So many extra things he did that really stuck out to us and we are forever thankful. He deserves all of the business and you will not be disappointed!

  Service department got me in on a walk in and got my vehicle serviced and out the door in a timely manner. My service writer Randy was very professional and was able to address my needs! Would definitely this service department!

  I purchased a 2024 hybrid from Jeff Wyler Auto Mall in December 2025, and the experience has been a nightmare. Within days of bringing it home, I had to replace the entire steering rack and the front suspension. Despite being a "Jeff Wyler Certified" vehicle, the dealership refused to take responsibility for these repairs; I had to go through the manufacturer instead. Furthermore, the previous owner had cut the wires for the vehicle’s acoustic alert system (a critical safety feature for hybrids). When I asked Jeff Wyler to cover the cost of restoring this safety feature at a local shop, they flatly refused. On the administrative side, it is now mid-February and I still have not received my title or license plates. During the sale, they also tried to force an "AutoPulse" braking system charge onto my contract that I didn't ask for. They only removed it after I pushed back, and they were disgruntled about doing so. This "certification" seems to mean very little. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Do your research- Reddit has many more similar stories.

  Purchased a vehicle from here about a year ago. Sales team was great and buying process was smooth. However, do not recommend getting service done at their shop. I understand that dealerships are more expensive for service in general, but more than double of estimates from other shops? $400 for a $40 part is absolutely pretty insane. Will not be returning for service from their shop

  Unsafe and Untrustworthy I am extremely disappointed with the Dodge/Ram & Chevy service department at this dealership. My truck has been in their shop multiple times for the same issue, yet each visit only seemed to create new problems. Parts were installed carelessly on 3 different service visits—from tie rods, electrical warnings, to loose bolts—which directly compromised the safety of my vehicle. On the last visit in November, upon pickup, the truck had difficulty starting, issued wasn’t taken seriously & currently truck is at a different dealership getting starter replaced. Management repeatedly made promises to resolve the situation but failed to follow through, ultimately referring me elsewhere for service instead of taking responsibility. This experience has left me with no confidence in their workmanship or customer care. I would strongly caution others against trusting this service department with their vehicles.
