  Shout out to my man Devin Sims. Been looking my dream car and this guy made it happen. Found a Camaro 2SS for a great price with low miles. It has all the fetchers i was looking for. Even found it in a color to match my current vehicle. He had it shipped up from Kentucky. Service department is great and very knowledgeable, thank you Nikki for all your help. Parts department is also very good, ordered new floor mats and they were delivered to the dealership and in my hands in about an hour. All and all, a great dealership to find the vehicle you are looking and keeping your vehicle in top shape.

  I had a great experience at the Jeff Wyler Columbus Auto Mall. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. The process was smooth from start to finish, and they took the time to answer all my questions clearly. Overall, it was a professional and stress-free experience that I would happily recommend to others.

  Purchased a vehicle from them back in 2021 I then traded my vehicle in back in May 2025 I was due gap insurance return and this company refuses to give me my money back. They keep lying saying that they’re going to send me a check and have not yet so just beware if you purchase a vehicle from them you’re more likely not going to get your gap insurance back if you purchase it through them. I also contacted a Derek Jones. That’s there several times and he has not done his job so if I were you guys don’t buy a vehicle from them. They are shady

  This is the second time we've purchased a used Vehicle from James Noel at Jeff Wyler. We went all over the city and kept coming back here because the effort that James puts into his customers is unlike anyone I've met in recent years. From handwritten Christmas and Birthday cards to regular check ins, he goes above and beyond. We had an issue that didn't come to our attention until we were leaving on the night of the sale. Brandon, the sales manager, went out of his way to correct it, even though the sale had already been made and he could have just let us deal with it. Between these two guys and the extra care that finance manager, Derrick Jones, put in, we had an excellent experience. Their service team is also top notch, so it's thumbs up all around. Definitely happy we went back!

  If you are thinking about buying a car here....DON'T! IF I could give 0 start I would . This is my 3rd review because they keep disappearing! The fact that I have tried to contact someone several times over several months with nobody getting back to me.and the manager trying to deflect back to the sales person is ridiculous. The carni purcha9had a few thousand extra miles at inception nobody could explain and the price of the car was not adjusted. I was sold needless add one that are actually for the use of the car lot to deter theift from the lot itself but transfered to the consumer in order to help them cut cost. I was told it couldn't be removed but the manufacturer of the product reported it can. The tire on the sun was bad when I got it but since the car was purchased after service closed I was told to bring it back then bought it back and was told never mind you did it. The level if ridiculousness surrounding simple fixes is astonishing and the lack of professionalism is ridiculous. Do not buy a car from them.
