  So I bought a jeep in December by Jan it was in the shop with 3 issues. They kept my jeep almost 3 weeks. Just for it to return back a week later with an issue they knew about and should have fixed at the same time they had it. I have had my car back 2 weeks and now a 4th issue, I dropped it off weds told it was going to be escalated and resolved. Mean while they made me pay 38.00 a day for a rental car while they are fixing mine again! I was told it would be done last night and we sit no call back no one answering the phone there and now I’m going to be paying more money for this rental from them. 38.00 a day x 5 days plus a 150.00 security deposit just don’t seem right for there errors and things they should have fixed before selling me a 22,000 jeep!!

  7am appointment fort Monday, December 23rd for one of the most common Jeep problems, the Death Wobble. So common that there was a class action lawsuit extending the warranty through 90k miles for the Steering Damper fix. Hours go by without a phone call. I tried calling 4-5 times throughout the day, but got nothing but voicemails. Finally, about an hour before they closed, I talked to Leo who informed me a technician was assigned to my Jeep, but never got it to. Cool. Closed Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, understandable. Middle of the afternoon Thursday rolls by, no contact from anyone at Jeff Wyler. A few voicemails later and Leo calls me back with the diagnosis, but it would not be covered under warranty. I repeatedly mention the class action lawsuit, but Leo said it did not cover my specific Jeep and the manufacturer warranty is only good through 36k miles...I was at 38k. However, he said the Steering Damper was in stock and they could fix it tomorrow, so I agreed. $185 to diagnose the problem (seriously?), $129 for the steering damper, plus labor charges. Friday comes and goes. I call many times, speak to no one, leave voicemail. No phone call from Jeff Wyler. Saturday comes and goes. I call many times, speak to no one, leave voicemail. No call from Jeff Wyler. Closed Sunday. I call numerous times Monday morning, same results, so I drive to Jeff Wyler and speak to a different gentleman (not Leo). He said my Jeep was to get fixed today. The steering damper wasn't in stock last week like Leo said, it just got delivered to them on Saturday. A few hours later (one hour of labor, per the invoice), my Jeep is done and I pay the $578. As soon as I got home, I plugged my VIN number in to Chrysler's Warranty Reimbursement website and my Jeep IS listed under the "XF1" extended coverage, so now I have to wait 60 days for it to be reviewed and reimbursed. Terrible communication from beginning to end. I understand the entire world is short-staffed, but a little customer service, maybe even one "sorry for the inconvenience" would've been nice over the 7 days Jeff Wyler had my vehicle.

  My experience was exceptional! The individual checking me in did a phenomenal job keeping me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle. Once the job was complete he spent time walking me through the video and explained all that was done and the results. Very polite and exceptional customer service!!!
