Called to introduced himself before we even stepped into the dealership. We had been shopping for a jeep and wanted to give Jeff Wyler a look before we made our final decision. Alec was polite, personable, & sincere. We had a little hiccup towards the end with the price of the vehicle. BUT Alec made it right by honoring a previous adjustment (no -one's fault). We ended up staying past closing hours and Alec waited till we were finished with all the paperwork to thank us. The next day Alec called me at my office to follow up and thanked me again after calling our son. AWESOME! Alec asked about our lifestyle and shared personal stories with us. Never did he judge us because we didn't finance the jeep, like a previous dealership did. I can see why Jeff Wyler Dealerships are successful, by having people like Alec around.
