    If you are wanting to buy a car or upgrade this is definitely the place to visit. Everyone we spoke with was awesome and so welcoming. Gaven our car sales person, went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted and helped every step of the way. He was truly amazing to work with and explained everything in detail. It was an overall great experience. I will be telling everyone to come visit Jeff Wyler Columbus! From here on out anything I need car wise, I will be using them. Highly recommend!

    Wes Overton reached out to me immediately after I sent an inquiry. I’m so glad he did!! For the first time in my life buying a car was fun! Wes was polite and knowledgeable. He was efficient yet didn’t make me feel rushed. When he stepped away to do something for us, other staff checked on us to see if we needed anything and offered us snacks and beverages. The entire building was spotlessly clean including the bathrooms. Once Wes was done we went to Kam in Financing. Kam was efficient and friendly and worked hard to find me every possible discount. He didn’t push insurance packages on me. He explained what they were then let me choose. No pressure at all. The car I purchased was immaculate. When we left, we felt like we had hung out with friends and family instead of the tedious process of buying a car. Thank you so much Team Wes at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet in Canal Winchester!

    Have always been little worried about going to dealers to get a car fixed because we’ll expense, etc. However now after twice taking our car in for two separate issues greatly appreciate this team for sure. Worked/communicated primary through Max but always appreciated the team having the video showing things after the initial inspection. Relatively familiar with cars and usually know the most likely issue with out getting under the car myself, but the team is always willing to answer questions to make my wife feel comfortable about what’s going on. Never try to up sell then the general maintenance and don’t push back when I decline it to go to my regular guy who does oil changes and fluid flushes. Overall great staff and very appreciative to Max and the rest of the team.

    I drove 90 minutes to get there on a Saturday they promised me if I drove down there they could get me out of my lease well they didn't they was only giving me 38000 for my almost new jeep spent 3 and half hours there for nothing and was trying to get me to Carry over 18000 in negative equity someone would be an idiot to do that they are just like every other dealerships promise you everything to get you there and then don't deliver on there promise.if I new that's all they was going to give me I would have left right away instead of wasting all of my Saturday and would have not let them even run my credit cause now my score took a hit on top of 8 hard inquiries.jystva big waste of my time.

    Very disappointed with the service department took my 2024 Silverado in for a check engine light. I was told the part was back ordered and all we could do is wait until it come in. I made one phone call to another dealer in the area and found the part. Mysteriously they came up with the part, took it in to have it installed and then they found another problem with the truck to get the check engine light to go out. I was told that the part would take 3 to 4 days to get it in two weeks later, I never heard a word out of them. Finally, I had to call to check on the part. I’ve asked three times to have the air pressure checked in my tires it was never done. Finally I had to go in and have them check the air pressure and put air in my tires with me standing there.
