I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet of Columbus. I brought my Chevy Cruze in because of a misfire and some performance issues. They charged me $231 just to diagnose the problem, which already felt high — but the real shock came afterward.
Their estimate to fix the issue was $2,251, which is outrageously expensive for what turned out to be spark plugs, a valve cover, and a gasket replacement. After getting this quote, I decided to look deeper and found that these repairs are nowhere near that cost in parts or labor. The price they gave me felt completely unreasonable, especially for such a common and straightforward repair on this engine.
I left feeling taken advantage of rather than helped. As a customer, I expected fair pricing and transparency, not inflated costs. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend their service department to anyone.
I’m hoping management takes this feedback seriously, because no one should have to pay nearly $2,500 for a repair worth a fraction of that.

Send this email to the sale guy James Noel who sold me the vehicle. I have never heard from him.
I am writing because I am so sooo dissatisfied and disappointed with the service from Jeff Wyler. It’s unbelievable. And I am really upset. When anyone buys a vehicle. They buying it with the purpose to have a family car for personal use.
I have even thought about buying a car for one of daughters but since my experience has been so bad and horrible. I prefer not to. Not even recommend this dealer to anyone.
This Chevy Tahoe has been the worst of our headaches. Having issues since day 1. I really regret 200% deeply for buying from this dealer.
The half fast work from services department really don’t help.
I have been calling for a while asking to get the transmission check. And the service department always want to charge for a deposit for the service. Then reimburse if after truck has been checked if it was transmission reason why. I couldn’t afford to take the car to get checked out. When Joe(previous service manager) put as new transmission told us it has a 5 year warranty on it. Now the transmission broke down and I called this pass Monday 7/28/2025 to the service department spoke with someone name Paul who told me he was the new service manager. He said the transmission only had 3 years warranty. Then he said he was going to get with the sale department and see if I have purchased the extended warranty( which I was never told about it) since the car came with transmission issues to begin with. Then he ( Paul) was going to get back with me. That was 4 days ago. And until today I have not received any information. From this Paul guy.
I am so mad and pissed off about all of these. Nobody is in the same page and everyone is trowing the ball to somebody else. It’s childish and ridiculous. Thanks to customers like me they can bring food to their table.
So the least they can do is maintain they honesty and loyalty to customers.
My husband check to see if we could get a transmission and it cost us $2500.
I need help to resolve this issue. I need to speak with someone to help me with this. It’s unfair and unjust.

Now I have to let the bank take the car because I won’t be able to afford to buy a transmission and car payments so high. They didn’t help they created a very bad problem for me. TRUST THE REVIEWS DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

Really good experience, I had the pleasure of working with Dante and Mark. They were both amazing, as a first time buyer, at no point did I feel like they were just trying to sell me something that I didn’t want. They worked with me and ultimately found me a great reliable car.

Thought the salesman was knowledgable, at time of purchase I pointed out couple paint chips also pointed out the bottom of the back passenger door wasn’t fitting flush with the vehicle body, the bottom door sticks out about 1/4” when fully shut. Salesman replied no problem set up an appointment he would take care of paint chips and thought the door just needed alignment adjustment. Which I did, the paint chips were fixed to my satisfactory, but change with the back passenger door it still sticks out. I asked the salesman again about the door, he replied he hadn’t spoken to the technician on what he did. I responded Will point it out to the Service Department so they can make the necessary adjustments when I schedule my first oil change. Had my first oil changed today, pointed the door issue out, two technicians looked at the door and informed me that the doors are not alignable that I would need to take it to the body shop to have it corrected they noticed water had been getting in up underneath the door because it’s not sealing correctly. Was told they don’t have a body shop to make the needed repairs, and I will need service at a Chevrolet certified body shop. Technician suggested I make an appointment with Hugh White Chevrolet Body shop. I was surprised to hear that Jeff Wyler didn’t have a body shop. Noticed the service ticket did not indicate anything about the back passenger door that sticks out and not fitting flush with the vehicle body
