In my 6 years of trucking experience, I have never received such poor customer service. I spent around $500 on diesel, used the scale, and also purchased food. Is this really how paying customers are treated? What made the situation worse is that the employee removed her name tag so I wouldn’t be able to identify her. She was working next to Chris at the time. Maybe she was unhappy about working on Christmas Eve, but regardless of the reason, that is never an excuse to treat customers disrespectfully. Professionalism should come first. Honestly, it feels like it may be time to switch from Pilot to Love’s.
