  Walked in to ask if they put on a battery connectors, called prior to going in and they said they would look at it. As soon as get to the store I asked and they said hard no. 6 employees sitting around taking about the traffic.

  Aiden at the State Route 170 store in Calcutta, Ohio saved the day! Went to two shops closer to my home but they wouldn’t put the battery in due to the cold weather. Aiden more than willingly did it in quick time. A+ Customer Service and a cool and nice young man. I’ll be driving the extra miles to Calcutta Auto Zone the next time I need to go to an auto parts store.
