  Zack at the Bucyrus AutoZone is the AutoZone equivalent of Zeus and I hope they know how lucky they are to have him!! What started as a simple engine read turned into new wipers, new spark plugs, easy education on how change and maintain both of those things and other issues to watch out for in the near future (changed my spark plugs in high 20’s temperature fyi)! He was patient, kind, and the person I’ll seek out on my next trip. It can be intimidating to walk in as someone who knows nothing besides the make/model of my car, but Zack and others like him really do put the customer first and have the ability to meet people where they’re at. Highly recommend!

  First of all lot full of snow only business in Bucyrus that don’t clean snow off lot walk in one person up front two in back chatting nobody has time to tell u what filter u need and no book out to look it up yourself absolutely worst parts store in Crawford county can’t believe they even stay in business
