  I took my truck in for what should have been a simple few hour exhaust replacement that turned into 24 hours job because inexperienced, negligent "tech" barely out of highschool broke a brand new bolt on my exhaust manifold because he didn't loosen the nut on the end of the bolt before deciding to go ham with an impact gun. No only did the break the bolt the negligent tech didn't even have a drill. Only basic tools. They explained to me they couldn't remove the broken bolt because they didn't have the tools. I then tried to help fix their negligent mistake by spending my entire afternoon tracking down the 20$ bolt they broke and also a $30 bolt extractor so they could fix the problem they created bc of their negligence. The next day after I got off work and the job still wasn't done. And when I ask for a price adjustment for my troubles, they initially refused until I stood my ground and called them out on their negligence. I shouldn't have to pay more because they have no idea what they are doing in there. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. THEY WILL BREAK YOUR PARTS AND BLAME YOU.
