After going through the wash twice, my vehicle was still not thoroughly cleaned—particularly the front of the car and the wheels, which appeared largely untouched. Based on this experience, I do not feel the service provides sufficient value for the monthly cost, and I do not plan to continue the membership at $34 per month

Whether it be every single vacuum, they have out, or the car wash itself, not rinsing soap off, etc.I pay a decent amount of money for a monthly membership, but often have to Drive further, to the Medina location, if I want a good car wash. The last four times I’ve been through the Brunswick location, my car was left covered in soap. All four times I informed employees and the response was yeah we know. I’m about to cancel my membership because it’s such a waste of money if it’s not going to work properly. I also pay for the most expensive car wash, which should include drying of the car and that rarely happens at Brunswick. Sometimes it comes down sometimes it doesn’t. Never know what it’s going to be but lately it’s been a terrible experience and I hope they can correct it

I had to wipe down my car in all the front and rear areas the brush should have gotten when I arrived home. It was filthy. They need to hire people who know how to use a brush. The worst. I'm going elsewhere from now on.
