  This is the 2nd insurance claim we’ve had in 3 months. (I know!!) Enterprise picked us up at the car repair shop & it was smooth sailing from there! Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful team and great communication made this whole experience a little less painful. Thanks Enterprise!

  Best rental car experience I've ever had. Highly recommend Brunswick Ohio location. Aaron and Ryan were the best. The vehicle was perfect for my needs.

  Initially reserved a vehicle in Strongsville which they didn't have so sent me to this Brunswick location. The driver that picked me up was great, people behind the counter were also. While driving the vehicle had mechanical issues not due to an accident or mistreating the vehicle. Called the corporate office, called this location even stopped in to try to speak to a manager being understaffed. Nobody has called me back or to resolve a over $800.00 overcharge to my c.card for them not being able to find the vehicle via GPS Even though I met two tow truck drivers to find/bring keys " out of my convenience" first Driver said that there was a computer issue as nd that weren't able to take the vehicle after trying to jump the battery because they needed a flatbed seeing that it was 4x4 when I called the Enterprise roadside assistance on a recorded line, they told me to leave the keys with the vehicle. Which I still haven't gotten a clear answer for exactly what I'm being charged for, one person tells me that there was diesel put in the gas tank which I have a my credit card statement showing that I filled up with regular unleaded, another person says that I'm being charged for the car sitting and them not being able to find it and the last one is because I Left the keys with the vehicle. This has been going on since January with no resolve or no callbacks. Insult to injury me renting a car to go visit my mom in N.c while she was terminally ill. I would like to resolve this and get the money back that is owed to me.

  Erin (Aaron?) helped me get a rental here when I was in a rush and of course I was in a rush returning it and both times he was super attentive, polite, and quick. I vehicle was in good condition and I was on the road quick with no hassle.
