The kiosk for payment has been almost impossible to use the last 2 years from a sedan since it is difficult to reach the touch screen, and the credit card processor cannot be read. I continued to go to Whistle because on the quality of the wash. As I pulled in today, the young man directing me in was washing me straight in, but my tire hit the bumper hard enough to give the car a jolt and lurch to the side. I live a mile from Whistle, so I always drive my car home to dry it off. In doing so I found a black spotty soot all over the car. It wiped off fairly easily, so it wasn't greasy. Why didn't the car wash remove this soot? I have not seen this kind of dirt on my car before so it is possible that it came from the car wash. All this and they recently raised the prices $2 for the basic wash - now $12.83 with tax. My wife also had a similar experience recently with a dirty car after going through the wash. We will not be back.

So I purchased a monthly wash package for 2 of my vehicles at Whistle Express in Brunswick, Ohio. Called for a refund after 3 washes. Unfortunately after every wash (out of 3) both cars were left with road grime on windshield, dirty doors and the rear of the cars were left filthy and full of soap. The monthly packages are pricey for the less than mediocre wash. I had the “silver” plan I believe. The staff was friendly but I’m not paying for a car wash that doesn’t clean my entire car.

This place has always been great but recently for more than a month the vacuums have not been working and they refuse to fix them. Unfortunately, I have had to cancel my membership.
