  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went in for an estimate to fix my side-view mirror, which I accidentally broke while backing out of my garage. I already had the replacement part with me. Sarah greeted me with a smile, took the part and my car key, and within 10 minutes told me the technician was already working on it. In less than 15 minutes, it was done—good as new! When I asked about the repair cost, she said don't worry about it. I was blown away by their kindness, speed, and professionalism. Truly outstanding service!

  Very disappointing. No accountability for bad information that was given. Took the low road. Truly hoped for a better partner. Appreciate the follow up. Did provide a few opportunities to make it right. Unfortunately, legal counsel has been obtained and is taking this over.

  EDIT to my previous rating...My Phone accidentally made the wrong star light up in the earlier review. Gerber was very helpful with scheduling an estimate appointment.

  I was referred to Gerber after a front end collision with a deer. They came highly recommended and I now know why! The staff was polite and professional throughout the whole repair process from start to finish. They sent messages informing me of my vehicles progress. My vehicle looks great! You would never be able to tell there was work done. They also assisted me in getting into a rental. I would recommend Gerber to anyone in need of collision repair.

  Michael Paul was a great help and kept us informed on the progress of our repair. We felt very comfortable with Gerber and the guidance we received. If ever the need arises for a body shop again I wouldn't hesitate to go to Gerber's!
