Darnell is the nicest, most attentive person I have dealt with. He calmly listened to my issue & had it taken care of almost immediately. Darnell is patient, professional and truly cares about his job, and his clients. I will, in the future, bypass the local enterprise office near me & deal with Enterprise in Brunswick, because I know Darnell will go above and beyond.

Rather than offering an upgrade at no additional cost, a downgrade, or any reasonable alternative, we were instructed to drive to the Medina location to pick up a replacement vehicle. This added an unplanned 45 minutes to our day and placed the burden on us to resolve a problem that was not of our making. A simple acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and a solution that did not require the customer to do the legwork, would have completely changed the experience. We have been long-time Enterprise customers specifically because of the level of service we’ve received in the past. Unfortunately, this situation has left us seriously reconsidering our decision to continue using Enterprise, as the customer service we encountered did not meet the standard we have come to expect.
