Worst service experience ever. They had my car for almost 3 days. They were unable to diagnose any issues with the car even though the check engine light was on. After having the car for almost three days, they pretty much just said to come and get it as they did not know what to do. I had to keep calling to get updates. They never called even once the entire time my car was there. The Service Advisor told me that since the car was not misfiring first thing in the morning when the technician looked at it, they didn’t know what was wrong with the car or what else to do. They looked no further and did nothing else with the car. An appointment which was supposed to maybe take a few hours turned into missing work for 3 days while my car just sat there. They eventually replaced the batteries in the car hoping that would solve the problem with the “misfire.” This took an entire day and $1100. When I did go pick up the car, the Service Advisor gave me a $50 discount and said that this was never supposed to happen. Inconveniences like this are not the norm, and if I needed anything or if the car had any other issues to reach back out. Less than a week later, check engine light is back on, of course! They never fixed the problem! I reached out to the Service Advisor - no call back! I went to another dealership. I will never go back here again – for service or to purchase.

This was the first time I went for service at Brunswick Subaru as I switched from another dealership. Bailey kept me informed, updated and explained the repairs and options regarding brakes, rotors and tires--I was not surprised I needed these as my Forester has 32,500 miles on it. The service time was reasonable and I was not surprised by the cost. So far everything is running well. Waiting room was comfortable with various seating and computer/work options. I will go back there for service in the future.

I found the perfect 4 Runner for my wife but was hesitant to drive 3 hours away to get it. Dave, the salesman assured me that this vehicle was as nice as I'd hoped. Even his boss called me! Well, I went for it and was absolutely so happy that I did! They were so nice and moved us through the process in a very timely manner. I would recommend Brunswick Auto Mart to anyone!

I would give the service department 10 stars instead of 5, if possible. One of the main reasons I decided to purchase my second Subaru Forester from the Brunswick, Ohio location is the exceptional service that they provide. The Service Manager, John Cross, is always professional, knowledgeable and listens to your concern/issue. He quickly comes up with a plan to get your issue corrected. Not only John Cross, but his entire Service Team are great to work with. When in the market for another vehicle, I will be purchasing it from them. Thank you for the great service you provide.

I cannot thank Brunswick Auto Mart enough for their exceptional service! I was having (sudden) engine problems with my Jeep. I called a couple places to make a service appointment, including my original dealership whom I’ve been going to for years; but everyone was booking at least three to four weeks out despite my engine problem that needed immediate attention. I had never been to Brunswick Auto Mart Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram before, but I was running out of options, so I gave them a call. Lucas answered the phone and was so knowledgeable and helpful. He knew the seriousness of my engine troubles and worked to get me in the very next day. He explained everything in detail and was very honest about the labor and costs needed for the repairs. He kept me updated the entire time, and I felt very comfortable knowing my car was in good hands. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and I couldn’t be more thankful for all that they did for me. I would absolutely recommend Brunswick Auto Mart Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram to anyone looking for quality and reliable service. I owe a big thank you to Lucas and the service team!
