  Actually not that well. 1. Advertised a vehichle with 23,000+ miles, told by the salesman you only had it for a couple of weeks. Find out at financing, after the deal was negotiated that the truck had 2500+ more miles than advertised, feel this was very deceptive. That came as a dissapointment & shock. 2. Didnt pick the truck up until 1-1/2 week later, asked for it to be detailed in that time span, it was not, or if it was it was done incredibly badly. Asked for a sticker to be removed from the prior owner, was told it would be when detailed. It too wasnt done. All said, you might be good at moving product, but you are not good at providing customer care & attention to details that matter to customers spending hard earned money on large purchases. Seems at the end of the day, the only thing really of interest to you is making a buck.

  This is my second purchase from the Brunswick Auto Group. Mo Hanini and Brett Kobak made the experience of purchasing my new Mazda CX-50 hybrid a breeze. Mazda was offering great interest rates and Mazda cash plus I was able to negotiate for a reduction price and the installation of a new auto-dimming mirror. Mo and Brett also gave me a fair price for my used Toyota Camry which helped seal the deal versus other dealerships. I recommend Mo Hanini and Brett Kobak for all your vehicle needs.

  Checked out some potential vehicles online first then visited the dealership. Alex did a great job showing us the 2 different model pick-ups and let us test drive them both before deciding. We were worried that the height of the vehicles would hinder entry into the cab. With running boards present there weren't any issues. The whole process was very easy. Met with the finance manager to sign paperwork while Alex had our new Ram prepared for us. We were able to drive home that same day. Just love the truck and would recommend the dealership based on their large inventory and professionalism.

  I came in for a routine oil change and was told it would take about an hour. It ended up taking two hours, which is a pretty big difference—especially when you plan your day around the estimate they give you. There was no clear communication or update during the wait. I had to go to the desk and ask why it’s taking so long. Come to find out they were training someone how to do it. But nothing was communicated to me until I went up and asked. Disappointing experience for something that should be quick and routine. This was at the Brunswick VW. I would not recommend going here.

  We drove several hours (from a neighboring state) to look at a car here and our expectations were exceeded when we saw it. The car was very clean and our salesman was very helpful. The price was good, and there was little room to negotiate due to the great value. So nice to find a dealership that doesn’t require haggling because their prices are that good! Every person we met with was friendly and easy to work with. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because out of state buyers cannot use personal checks. If you plan to pay for the car fully you will have to either have a money order, cashier’s check, or take out a loan and pay it off quickly. You can place up to $3k on a credit card. We were told there were no fees for taking out a loan and we could take up to 30 days to pay it off without owing anything extra. We went the loan route and realized when we went to pay it, that it charged us interest for each day from the day the car was purchased before paying it off. So the loan route wasn’t as advertised to us and you are definitely penalized if wanting to buy from out of state without a loan. We would still use them again, but wish we had known this earlier, as other OH dealerships we have used didn’t have this policy.
