  I had never had a rental before and Enterprise, specifically Halle & Sterling, made my first experience quick, easy & enjoyable. Any inquiries or concerns I had were handled promptly and professionally. I highly recommend the Parma, OH Enterprise location with a friendly, kind & helpful staff. You won’t be disappointed!

  I have rented from Enterprise for many years and this by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had and it’s especially sad given as this is the closest location to my own home. The employee I worked with today, Dominic, was rude and unprofessional. I had already had my card paid for and he asked me If I was aware of that, an additional $400 security deposit was needed. I told him no and that my credit card would not be able to cover that expense. I had a debit card which I was more than happy to offer but he declined it and said it was corporate policy and turned me away. He did try to run my credit card which was denied. I then called a family member who is able to wire me over some additional money to put on my credit card and when I went back to Dominic, he said that he cannot take it because he can only run cards once every 24 hours. He did not inform me of this when I walked away the first time and basically said this is not my problem. I asked to speak to Management with sadly, he was the manager early in the morning. I did try to speak with another colleague of his who Was an extremely kind woman and called Dominic over but then Dominic said no they can’t help. I even asked if there’s a way to call corporate and he said no that’s our policy. This individual was en route and a poor representation of the company. I don’t know how he became a manager, but he was rude and disrespectful and because of him I was late to a work meeting that morning. I eventually was able to get a car from another company at the lot, but because of this gentleman, he not only disrupt my morning, but handle the manner in the most unprofessional way possible, and clearly did not care of his lack of communication which contributed to this whole matter. Extremely disappointed, and I hope this young man gets the training he needs to be a better leader and representative of this organization because this looks like an excellent way to have customers be turned away

  Booked a full-size. Tried to give me a compact and act as if its a mid-size. Both cars offered where dirty inside and out. Sticky spills and cigertte ash on the interior. Then the qouted price of $330 became $450. They offered an explanation but I did not care to hear it. This place is a joke. I rented a car last week from Alamo without any of these clown issues or deposit.

  Great location and awesome staff. Helped me out in a pinch when I had forgotten to add a car to my itinerary and all of Cleveland was sold out. Highly recommend enterprise and this location

  Before accepting the vehicle, I took photos and videos of the rental in the presence of an employee and acknowledged the existing damage. I reasonably expected that the employee documented the same information on their end. After returning the vehicle on Friday, I received a call the following afternoon from a representative who approached the situation in an accusatory manner, questioning me about damage and suggesting a claim would be filed. I promptly provided video evidence confirming the damage was pre-existing. Despite this, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the oversight. This experience highlights a breakdown in process and leadership at this location. Proper procedures—such as thoroughly documenting vehicle condition at the time of rental and ensuring alignment between customer and employee records—were either not followed or not effectively communicated. Additionally, the lack of professionalism in handling the follow-up and failure to take accountability once evidence was provided reflects inadequate leadership and a gap in customer service standards. Efficiency is impacted when preventable issues like this arise due to poor documentation, miscommunication, and reactive handling rather than proactive verification. Strong leadership should reinforce clear processes, accountability, and professional communication—none of which were demonstrated in this experience. Based on this interaction, it is clear that customer service and operational consistency are not prioritized at this location, and I will not be returning in the future.
