  The story is long and so many tangents of it but they had my truck for a about 9 months out of 14 for a front end collision and additional work I asked them to do while it was at the body shop. It was "ready" for pickup multiple times and each time I went there were so many issues even the untrained eye could spot 30 feet away. They damaged wiring and blamed it on me because it was a "mess to begin with". They didn't replace parts that were quoted and paid to be done and there rebuttle was it didn't need it and they did a bunch of free work to make up for it but couldn't tell me what free work they did. Every time I look at my truck I find more work that is just extremely poor craftsmanship. The shop was horrible about communication, they never once called to tell me my truck was done. I would call and they would tell me "oh yea it's ready" or "oh yea come get it at the end of the week" they told me stuff was fixed and it wasn't, they used old parts from salvage trucks to put stuff back together. I could go on and in detail of issues but what's the point on a Google review. Id highly recommend staying away from this shop. The only reason for 2 stars is because they initially were helpful in keeping my truck from being totaled but then from that point on it was a never ending headache that led to frustration and a truck that still has a bent frame and shoddy body work on literally every panel. . The last time it was there for a blown transmission line that had trans fluid down the entire side of the truck and some on going electrical issues. They had my truck for 6 weeks and never fixed the electrical problems, even though Andy personally told me everything was working, and never even washed the truck to get the trans fluid off or cleaned the interior after getting dust/dirt all over it.

  Been going for almost 30yrs. Nowhere will you find a better or more honest mechanic. Great people. Highly recommended.
