  The worst towing company Ohio has ever had. Not only it took Tyler 2.5 hours to get here. He was told I need to replace the flat tire and all I need is a jack. What is the only thing Tyler didn’t have? A jack. He comes in a big tow truck. I ask him. Hi Tyler, if you have a flat tire in your truck, and you’re the emergency vehicle, how do you change your own tire? Tyler’s answer? “I call a technician” 😮 but you’re the technician. I ask him. His answer “I call another technician”. Worst customer service ever!!! Never use them. Don’t waste your money or time.

  By far the worst experience I've had with any towing company. Honestly, the worst experience I've ever had with any business in my entire life. Very rude. Vehicle was towed over the weekend called Monday. They had absolutely no answers for me. No price quote. No info. Was rushed off the phone and told to call back later. I was told that he hadn't spoke to his driver yet at 3 o'clock in the afternoon on a Monday. Let me add, Business hours showed that they close at 5, but if you Show up at 4:50 that's too late doors already locked get charged another $50. Seriously, Save your time and your money.

  I locked my keys in my van and called AAA. They sent a finlayson technician to help. He arrived within 15 minutes of my call and had me back on the road in about ten minutes. Such a polite and friendly person! Thank you AAA for introducing me to such a great company!
