A few days later when I noticed a pool of oil under the car on the garage floor, I took the car to the Subaru dealer to diagnose. They stated that I had a pretty good oil leak because the oil drain plug was not fully tightened. I’ve been a long-time customer of VIOC but I can no longer trust your employees with my car. I will also share my experience on Google and with my friends and family. UPDATE: Per the local Subaru dealer, it turns out they replaced the original drain plug with an aftermarket plug that didn’t fit the car. Buyer beware!
