- GWGrace WasmerMar 17, 20265.0I have a 2016 Toyota Avalon Hybrid. My car was hit at an intersection and the driver left the scene. There was damage to my rear passenger quarter panel and bumper. After reading positive reviews I contacted Erie Customs and they were able to give me a quote via text with photos of the damage. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and got the car back that same Friday. Just a few weeks later, my partner and I narrowly avoided an accident but destroyed my passenger mirror in the process. I received a quote over text again, and Kevin discussed potential options for parts in order to make an informed financial decision. Once I decided, he got the part quickly and we made an appointment for them to swap out the mirror while we waited. Kevin was very communicative about the process, timely in responses, and I'm very happy with the work Erie Customs did on my car. I am relieved to have found a body shop nearby that I can trust with work in the future!
