- MCMatthew CruzJul 26, 20251.0My experience there all the time is excellent Juan what is installing a battery outside Louie was installing windshield wipers on another vehicle also a guy named Mike install installing a battery there's a new person in the store I don't know if she is from another store or if she is from that store but I am a regular customer there and this time when I went in I asked for a battery she told me that she didn't know how to install a battery that I would have to wait for one of the guys I asked her if I could speak to the manager which is Eric Joanna told me that Eric is never really here I asked her how long will it be she basically ignored me and went and sat down on a ladder with stairs and I was in there waiting more than 20 minutes if this is how customer service is going to be I will never go back to that store and it said because I'm always at that store I do give it five stars the man was outside working doing jobs and she was in the store on her phone texting and sitting on a staircase ladder I do have a picture of her sitting on the stairs and also being on her phone she was not on lunch and she was not helping any other customers she also had a gray shirt on but what blown my mind was when I asked for the store owner or corporate she told me the store owner is never there and when I asked her for corporate phone number she told me she did not have it
