  This dealership is extremely accommodating and they go out of their way for customer satisfaction. They are extremely punctual. They got me in for an oil change, even though it was not scheduled.

  They don’t even deserve one star. Run far away if you appreciate good customer service, because this dealership’s service department is horrible at customer service. My son’s car has been at this dealership for 2 weeks. Car is under warranty and they are waiting on a motor. The service department has been dragging him along telling him the loaner car should be back any day. Apparently they only have one loaner car. They won’t pull a vehicle from their inventory for him to drive. They have no idea how to approve/request the rental car reimbursement option that GM customer service said is available, but the dealership has to take care of it. Not only do they not know how, they won’t figure it out so he can have a vehicle to drive.

  I needed a vehicle after an unfortunate accident that totaled my truck. After locating the exact make and model I needed I had a very good experience with the sales representative Bill who made this stressful buying process very smooth and efficient. Very pleased with the process.
