I went inside to ask if they had a jump starter. I wanted this and it was the same price I would have to pay for road service since it was a weekend night. The lady at the register was so helpful in finding what I needed and a young man working there went outside with me to.help. I'm 66 and was kind of skittish in the lot outside by myself. He went out with me and got the car started and tightened down the battery cables for me so I wouldn't have any other problems. I really appreciated the excellent service these employees at the store gave me. I often visit the store for gas and a snack, and everyone is so great! Thank you Pilot Travel Center, Morristown, OH.
