My windshield wiper and arm were recently damaged and they were very helpful in finding the right wiper blade to fit the arm I had ordered separately. They don’t install windshield wiper arms, usually just the wiper blades and they did it all for me! I was very thankful as this was a minor repair, but was very stressful for the time it was broken.

- KMK MunJul 10, 20255.0I'm not even sure where to start. My gratitude and appreciation to this store and it's staff (Caleb and another gentlemen) are more than I know how to express. We were stranded 2 hours from home. My wife and 2 young kids in a vehicle that limped on it's last dying breath into their parking lot. They helped us in every way possible. This was going into the evening hours and options were limited. Caleb had the part we needed and called a mechanic customer of his who immediately came over to the store to help us. We were there a total of 3 hours and were treated like family. I'm not joking or exaggerating. They did everything they could to make us comfortable and accommodated. They offered us water, unlimited use of their restroom, let the kids run around the store, and even offered us cupcakes. They constantly checked on us, asked if we needed anything, did whatever they could to make us comfortable and help get us home. You just don't experience that kind of service anymore. We were so lucky that we ended up at this particular store and will be forever grateful.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
