  Absolutely horrible customer service this place is a joke. They let me sit for over an hour to say they couldn't fix my tire. It would have been as easy as someone looking at it before you say yes we can fix it. I understand things can't always be repaired but they didn't even look said yep we sure can I drive a half hour each way for nothing.

  We had a screw in one of our tires an issue with one of our blinkers. They fixed both issues!!

  I had an appointment scheduled on Saturday for 1pm to have my exhaust fixed. I arrived a little early. The receptionist said my 1pm appointment was scheduled for an oil change. I did not need an oil change simply just needed an estimate on what it would cost to fix my exhaust like I had scheduled. They were slammed, so I asked if they wanted me to come back later. I was told to come back around 4pm that they close at 6pm. I showed back up a little before 4pm. I waited until 6:30pm before they had my car on the lift and an estimate. I had to leave my car the following Monday after waiting the 2hrs I was original told it would take to fix my exhaust. The mechanic said he needed at least another 2hrs. The mechanics seem to do a pretty good job they’re just slow at flipping cars. Or they over schedule making wait times ridiculously long. This tire choice I’ve been coming to for years. I don’t know if I’ll be back or not.
