  Friendly with the questions I asked and did the things that I asked them to do. The only knock is that they didn’t inflate to correct pressure (over inflated 3 to 6 psi). Will take my vehicle there again for tire services.

  💩WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If no stars were possible I would give it to them. They are terrible. I don’t think anyone knows what they are doing. Had my truck brought in Saturday morning, they said they would get it in on lift and look at it, then call me. So I was expecting a call which never came. I had to call them myself, and they tell me they didn’t even look at it, so they will get to it Monday. I call Monday around 1pm and the guy says he is bringing it in now to look at it and will call me when he gets done. But, no call comes and I call back around 5pm. He now says he didn’t get to it but he will and call. So I’m not expecting a call since they have done nothing but lie to me. I call back right before they close like 6:50 pm. They don’t answer the phone and just ignore me. How unprofessional can you be to ignore a customer, that you have been jerking around and lying to for days. So now I don’t even want these people to touch my car so I go Tuesday morning to get my truck. I get there around 8am to get my keys that they have, since they say they open at 7:30am. The doors are locked and it’s dark inside. I knock on the door and a woman comes from the back. I ask why they weren’t open at 7:30 like your sign says, and she said she was in the bathroom. (for half an hour really?). This place is full of liars and not good people. I would never recommend this place to anyone. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE!!

  Tire Choice in Bellefontaine is amazing! I love the service, the expertise and the care the folks here put into their work. 100% Honest, I was told I needed plugs from another place, they checked and said I was good for another year or two, which saved my $500+. Honest, caring, and absolutely good people. I cannot name them all, but the mechanics are top notch. Valerie at the desk is the absolute best, knowledgeable and kind.

  I was from massachusetts and got a flat tire. I didn't have much time as I had a wedding and had to drive back the following day. Your team was great.They thought they had what I needed before.I left, i dropped off the tire they had it in stock and replaced.It got me back on the road in no time. Your staff was extremely helpful and nice to work with. A++ Dave Rykbost

  Took my car in for 2 new tires, mount and balance. Picked up my car and the tires were not balanced correctly. I had to take it back to them to have them balanced again. When I got back home I had a weird noise coming from my rim. I looked and my factory metal valve stem was replaced with a cheap rubber one and they left something inside of my tire that now hits my rim at low speeds. I tried to contact them about it and they said that I must have broke my sensor inside the tire hitting a pot hole. I would not go here again.
