  I called NTB at 4 PM on a Saturday to see if they could squeeze me in before closing at 5 because I thought I had a broken belt in one of my tires. Not only did they get me in right away, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as very personable and professional! As soon as I walked in the door, they immediately got my info and started working on my car, and there was definitely a broken belt in my back passenger tire. They had the tire size that I needed in stock and a few different options to choose from. I would definitely recommend NTB to everyone!! Great job guys and thank you so much for taking care of me and my SUV so efficiently!!

  I don’t usually write reviews, but after so many years of consistently great service, I felt like it was finally time to give credit where it’s due. This National Tire and Battery location has been my go-to shop for as long as I can remember, and at this point, they’ve probably worked on just about every vehicle my family has owned. It started years ago with my daily driver, and since then they’ve handled everything from my wife’s SUV to my kid’s first car, and even my pride and joy Mustang that I’m pretty particular about. No matter what I bring in, I’m treated with the same respect and attention every single time. That kind of consistency is hard to find these days. What really sets this store apart is the people. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and straight shooters. They take the time to explain what’s going on in plain English, not in some mechanic lingo meant to confuse you into spending more. If something can wait, they’ll tell you. If something needs attention now, they’ll show you why. As a regular, middle-aged suburban guy just trying to keep his vehicles safe and running right, that honesty means a lot to me. Over the years, they’ve helped me with tires, alignments, brakes, batteries, oil changes—you name it. I’ve never once felt upsold or pressured. The work is always done right the first time, and when they give you a time estimate, they actually stick to it. That’s huge when you’re juggling work, kids, and everything else life throws at you. I’ve also sent plenty of friends and family their way, and every single one of them has come back thanking me for the recommendation. Whether it’s my neighbor who needed new tires before a road trip or my brother-in-law dealing with a dead battery in the middle of winter, this NTB team took care of them like they were long-time customers too. The store itself is always clean, organized, and welcoming. You can grab a cup of coffee, sit down, and actually relax while you wait, instead of wondering what kind of surprise bill you’re about to get. It feels like a place that’s part of the community, not just another chain shop. At the end of the day, trust is everything when it comes to car care, and that’s exactly what I’ve built with this National Tire and Battery over the years. They’ve kept my vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for whatever life throws our way. If you’re looking for a shop you can count on for the long haul, this is it. Highly recommended.

  I had an excellent experience at NTB Tires & Batteries, and I can confidently say this is one of the best automotive service centers I’ve been to. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping—not upselling.
