Absolutely ridiculous when the worker was done helping the person before me he answered the phone and didn’t address me. The whole time the car I rented was outside sitting there! Didn’t pull out until around 9:45 If I say I want to pickup at 9am it should be 9am very disappointing and made me late to an appointment I had we probably won’t rent here anymore

Every time I called, someone answered the phone as quickly as they could, even on busy days when they were clearly understaffed. I always felt like they were doing their best to take care of me. They made sure to get me into a vehicle even when options were limited, and they were incredibly helpful when I needed to switch into something more fuel efficient. Throughout the entire rental period, no matter who I spoke to, the staff was consistently patient, professional, and willing to answer all my questions, especially regarding the rental terms and insurance payments. At the end of my rental, they were also very accommodating and allowed me to leave the vehicle at a nearby body shop so they could pick it up at their convenience, which made the process much easier on my end. Overall, the team was responsive, flexible, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I really appreciated the customer service.
