  Unsafe Vehicle Sold — Buyer Beware Review: I purchased a car from Enterprise Car Sales and have had serious safety and mechanical issues. Shortly after buying the vehicle: The transmission failed, causing hesitation, loud noises, and unsafe driving conditions. While driving on the freeway, the seatbelt popped off, creating a major safety hazard. I discovered that this vehicle was part of a known transmission defect/recall for 2020–2023 models before I purchased it. Despite this, the dealership did not disclose the issue or offer assistance. Attempts to get help from the dealership and the manufacturer were not successful, and my warranties had expired, leaving me responsible for repairs. I am warning potential buyers to thoroughly check recalls and inspect vehicles carefully before purchasing from this dealership. Safety is not guaranteed, and I would not recommend buying a car from Enterprise Car Sales without extreme caution.

  Service was quick, informative, friendly and easy! Chanell was an amazing salesperson! I was in and out within my new car within just a few hours, not nearly the experience with other car dealerships. I appreciated Enterprise and their team!

  After purchasing a vehicle three months into driving, I ran into battery issues with both batteries and pay out of pocket for one. Very bad business! It’s hard to have direct contact with a manager over the phone. Not a happy customer and won’t EVER do business with them again! Do not recommend.

  Enterprises called me and set up an appointment after my insurance set up a rental car after an car accident. Everything went smoothly and the customer service was great. Around 28,000 miles on a 2025 SUV, I put 2000.00 down, Everything covered and paying about 468.00 a month. Plus 3 months free Sirius XM.
