Every time I called, someone answered the phone as quickly as they could, even on busy days when they were clearly understaffed. I always felt like they were doing their best to take care of me. They made sure to get me into a vehicle even when options were limited, and they were incredibly helpful when I needed to switch into something more fuel efficient. Throughout the entire rental period, no matter who I spoke to, the staff was consistently patient, professional, and willing to answer all my questions, especially regarding the rental terms and insurance payments. At the end of my rental, they were also very accommodating and allowed me to leave the vehicle at a nearby body shop so they could pick it up at their convenience, which made the process much easier on my end. Overall, the team was responsive, flexible, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I really appreciated the customer service.

I was told even if I come back later there was no SUV. He claimed he tried to call, he didn’t. I rent from the Bedford location frequently. The last time I rented the car smelled so much like Marijuana we had to ride with the windows down in November. The time before that I waited over an hour for a car. I did receive a free upgrade that I have tried to use multiple times and have always been told there are no cars to upgrade me too. Today was the third strike. I use them because of our company account but no more. I rented from Hertz today and they will be my new go to.
