  Was headed here last night & called to ask about the reserve parking because we wouldn't get there until after 9pm. The paid parking system here, like so many other locations is problematic. You can reserve and pay for a spot online or by calling their reservation number, but when you arrive, the spots are often already taken by drivers who didn’t pay. Management won’t ask them to move. They’ll refund your money, but that doesn’t help if you’ve hit your daily drive time limits and planned your entire route around having that reserved spot. You’re left exhausted, out of hours, and scrambling to find legal parking elsewhere in the middle of the night. So what's the point of having a reserved parking system if you're not going to honor the reservations! It's another poorly managed location and the Pilot/Flying J headquarters is no better for allowing this to occur. So we stayed (and fueled $$) elsewhere. If you are looking for good (& guaranteed) parking late at night, look and take your money anywhere but here!!

  I love this truck stop, it's big, you can always find a parking space. The staff is very friendly, and special thanks to the guys who clean the shower for their work! It's always clean and there's never a long wait!!!!!

  Why flying j or pilot travel plaza because it gives comfort and satisfactory service, start the day in the early morning be freshnup there is no shower available because not cleaned front desk told me check across the street, management plz look into it and give flying j standards.
