- ECEmma CNov 2, 20251.0We were fraudulently charged over five times what we spent at this station. Stopped here to pick up $29.58 worth of gas and snacks. When we checked the credit card statement later, the clerk ran a separate, additional charge on the same card for $151. We called the station to inform them of the charge and ask for managerial action, and they said they would not be able to reimburse the fraudulent charge to us and recommended we contact the credit card company. Hopefully, leaving a review can lead to some changes and more qualified workers, but until management responds that the issue's been resolved, I'd recommend going to the station across the street instead.

There was only one lady working at the counter which made a slow line but she was nice and had a pleasant disposition towards each customer that came up to her. Overall I slept good and back on the road at 7am.
- DADaniel AtkinsOct 14, 20252.0Just tried to shower at flying j 695 tried for 5 minutes to get the shower to get hot and when I said something to the guy cleaning showers after washing my hair and beard in the sink "oh yeah we've been slammed today we're having issues with our showers" well then maybe fix it or if they're not working don't make drivers burn a shower to take a bird bath in the sink. Y'all just keep going down hill Went to get some food at 830pm and the wings look like they'd been left out since about noon and the soup was all gone. Would be an awesome place to put a functional truckstop
