Went to the Dayton location first and got the 4 new tires with an alignment. The car shook real bad and pulled above 50. Went here to fix it and sat for another 3 hours and it was better but still not right. Went again and they were willing to help but honestly doesn’t seem like they did anything different and the alignment seems worse. Still shakes really bad above 70. Paid a little extra and go somewhere else that will get it done the first time. Listen to the reviews I should have.

If I could give zero i would i had service done here on April 11th 2026 for a oil change and a tire rotation. I've been a lifelong customer i bought the tires from them. They did the oil change did not rotate tires i know because of the rims. Also they called recommended brake service which I declined then called back 5 minutes later to say it was done werid right. The service sticker was 20,000 miles behind actual mileage. I called the main office and everytime you call you have to leave a message. The first time I called someone called back and was real apologetic and said a district manager will call me. Well now over 7 calls and messages still no call back. My tires still have not been rotated which is causing premature wear. At this point customer service is out the window. They have lost me and I suggest you think twice about going to any tire discounters. I will be buying my tires and oil changes somewhere else now. This was not taken care of someone called supposedly set up the appointment to correct their mistake but they never did that so I wasted my time money and effort once again.

Got a new set of tires with a free alignment here. Dropped off my car about 20 minutes early which they were fine with. They added about $25 worth of warranty to each of my tires, $100 overall, that wasn't present when I made my appointment online. They made sure I knew about it before charging me but they should ask before adding on that much. Got my car back an hour after my appointment time which I think is reasonable. Alignment is great, my car was veering pretty strongly to the left before but now drives straight. Wheels properly balanced and torqued. There is a small seating area with TV, magazines, and a coffee maker if you want to wait in store.

We had an appointment for 1:00 p.m . We waited 1 hr.30 min. They said we were next. We weren't. The office is small and had a display of all the tires they sell. I couldn't stay in there because I have asthma and the tire smell was overwhelming . We sit outside in the parking lot on the curb and it was terribly hot outside. I got too over heated. We saw 3 guys standing in the back of one of the bays talking, instead of working. I tried to tell this older man that was at the counter it was unacceptable for us to be there for 4 hrs. We had a 1:00 p.m appointment. He kept saying it takes an hour and half for work to be done. Our truck got in the bay an hour and half after the set time. DO NOT GO THERE.THEY DON',T CARE. ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!

Went there on a Monday with an appointment at 3:30 backside of tire was slashed had it under warranty. Ordered a new tire said it will be there Tuesday at 4:30. Waited in the lobby Monday for 2 hrs from 3:30 to 5:30 for them to tell me it is wrong and then put on a spare. Show up Tuesday wait in the lobby from 4:30 to 6:30 to get a new tire. They ended up throwing my spare tire in my trunk on my gym bag with AirPods in the back and gym equipment. (there is a spot under the trunk where the spare is supposed to go but I guess throwing it on my personal belongings is a better option)This is my only negative post. I have been there 4 times usually they are timely but this was a horrible experience. With multiple 1 star reviews something needs to change. For 4 hours in total of wait time for 1 tire to be changed is crazy and I am not going back to the beavercreek tire discounters. It really has gone downhill with the service provided if you can’t do the work in a timely manner tell the customer don’t have them waiting for 4 hours. If you can’t handle the work load don’t accept the customer at all.
