- JFJason FisterMar 14, 20261.0Been having a check engine light code come up on my car. Made an online appointment Monday to have it dropped off Wednesday morning. My appointment was for 8am. I dropped it off as soon as they opened Wednesday. Talked to my representative at the shop and by end of day Friday my car still hasn't been looked at! He apologized and said they had been backed up, but 3 whole days should be plenty of time to have my car looked at. Luckily I have a backup car or I'd be out of luck. Hopefully they'll give me some good news and at least fix my issue because from online communities this is a known problem with Hyundai motors. I did not buy at this dealership and i did buy my 2019 Veloster with 107000 miles. I had a Veloster before and loved it. Will update my post as needed but as of now they only get 1 star!!
