They checked in on various things, including filling my windshield wiper fluid reservoir. Whatever they put in must haven’t been winter friendly because when it got cold out the liquid froze, expanded, and cracked my reservoir. So now i have to get that part replaced because it won’t hold any liquid :/

There was not a leak before the oil change, but a significant leak immediately after the oil change as a result of the cracked housing. Valvoline said they followed all specs on the oil change procedure and refused to pay for the repair (> $1,400 plus an oil leak over my brand new driveway and garage floor). The chalked it up to a coincidence given the housing is prone to failure since it's made of plastic. However, the housing was completely fine before the oil change and leaking immediately after the oil change. I hoped they'd cover the repair and damage to my driveway/garage floor but no luck. Disappointing for sure and I will not be a valvoline customer any more.
