Would not recommend going here. Got 4 new tires on my truck including alignment. Had to come back the next day to get the alignment redone because it was still off as well as my truck vibrating because they didn't weight out the tires correctly plus I ended up with a broken sensor in one of my tires that was working before. For over 900$ I expected better service in the first place!!! Wasting my time and gas! Good way to lose customers if you keep it up like that!

This wasn’t my first choice to get tires today, unfortunately needed 2 front tires & needed to get in right away! I’ve gotten tires from here before & have gotten same experience & treatment
They tell you a time frame & may tell you 1.5 hrs, or an hr 45 mins & 3.5 hrs later still sitting here waiting & the van has been sitting outside for 45 mins
There were 4 cars here when we got the paperwork done & they pulled the van right in & basically just sit for an hour before they touched it.
I regret coming here every time
Each time i always look to see if they’re busy or short people & every time there’s very little vehicles here & plenty of people working, but always get same slow unremarkable service!
I do not recommend tire discounters!
Most of the brands they sell are widely available at most tire shops!
Save yourself the aggravation!

I’ve been coming to this shop for a couple of years, and other shops of the same family owner and until recently, I’ve had decent experiences. But after today, I’m really frustrated and disappointed. I went in for a routine tire rotation, something I’ve done here multiple times before with some small issues but still a decent service. However, when I arrived, after waiting for 40 minutes, I was told they couldn't do it because they didn’t have the right wrench to remove the bolts on my car.
Now, here’s the kicker: Three years ago, when I initially got my tires installed, the shop recommended I purchase new bolts for my vehicle, because they were ruined and a little bit rusted, which I did—through RockAuto, at their suggestion. The shop even rotated my tires with those exact same bolts in the past with no problem. Also same shop in Mason they rotated the tires in June. But now, suddenly, they can’t do it? How does that make sense?
Instead of offering a solution, I was simply told they don’t have the proper tool. Even a Tech was saying, maybe the old tech was using his own tools. Really?????? No attempt to fix the issue, no offer to help me out, just a simple "sorry, we can’t do it." Needless to say, I won’t be coming back for any future services. If a shop can’t keep track of basic tools or be consistent in the services they offer, I’m not going to waste my time—or my money—on them again.
Very disappointing, especially after having been a loyal customer for years.
P.S , even If I send the email to your support, like I did last time, and they replayed to me, telling me to contact the regional manager, when I did, the manager told me on the phone, “what you want me to do.” This is how a business takes care of customers. I will contact again the support, let see if someone this time wakes up. Thank you.

I’ve been here twice now and both times received outstanding service. The workers are incredibly friendly and professional. So much better than Toyota who are consistently rude. Please take your tire issues here!

Customers BEWARE/ 0 Stars if I could;
On October 11, I went to Tire Discounters in Beavercreek/Fairborn for an alignment check/alignment. Just a routine service item. I'm normally wary of big chain stores, but thought "hey, they advertise alignments, they do a lot. They're probably good at them". Wrong.
Starting off, I was charged for a four wheel alignment while my vehicle (a truck with a solid rear axle) only calls for a front end/two wheel alignment. Not a big deal, IF they were able to perform that correctly. Spoiler alert, they were not.
First attempt at returning my vehicle to me, I did not have to leave the parking lot to notice that my steering wheel was very off-centered (it was not before) and I had multiple new illuminated warning lights on my dash. Six trips back on the alignment rack and a plea to a very nice but seemingly incapable technician (I don't care if I have to stay here all day. Make my vehicle right) we now have a "modified" spec sheet that says it is within specs, but a traction control light on the dash. While he and another technician spend time attempting to clear this light, I look underneath the vehicle. Oh, did I mention that he kept trying to tell me that an off-centered steering wheel was normal and acceptable? Also told me after the third time on the alignment rack that I was going to need struts. This is important later.
As I look beneath my vehicle, I can't help but notice the protective boot on my right front tie rod, that protects important components, such as the steering rack, is DESTROYED. Shredded. Upon asking him about this, I am told something like "If you replace the part, I'll take care of the next alignment." Unacceptable. Plus the fact that he was not going to tell me that my vehicle was damaged.
Fast forward, I make contact with a higher up at Tire Discounters. He offers to let me have a "thorough inspection" performed at a different Tire Discounters, for additional damages caused by the Beavercreek/Fairborn location. I choose the North Dixie location, close to my work. Mistake number two.
Not only do they fail to notice the additional damages at this location (left protective boot also ripped, both inner tie rods and rack now exposed to the elements, a melted bit of strut, and a melted bit of wheel liner), they proceed to cause MORE damages. "We pried between your knuckle and lower control arms with a pry bar. You need ball joints. We can do that for roughly $1200".
Upon hearing these wonderful new noises (when hitting a bump, my front end now sounds like it's falling out. That was never the case before) and the fact that they were able to do nothing to get me feeling safe in my vehicle again, I raised the vehicle myself to do an inspection of their "work"
Upon sending these photos and everything to the first gentleman, I hear nothing back for weeks. Finally, once I have stated that my next step is to contact the Ohio Attorney General's Office, I am contacted by a different regional manger, who listens to what my experience has been like thus far, agrees to correct the problem and pay for parts, so on. That was on October 29th. No one has reached out to me since, no one will return my messages in regards to this matter.
I have been without a safe vehicle since October 11th, as a result of Tire Discounters negligence, incompetence, and just overall lack of concern about the safety of their customers and others on the road.
I attempted to reach Mr. Jamie Ward, president and CEO, via LinkedIn, just as a last attempt. No response.
I have filed a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office. And in the meantime, I will be sharing my experience everywhere I can. I would be ashamed to operate a business and treat my customers the way I have been treated here.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
