I dropped my truck off that night, by the next day the manager called me with a diagnosis. Unfortunately, the transmission needed rebuilt, and Doug informed me of all of the parts, labor, and cost upfront. The job was done in less than a week, now that is service! The truck is driving like brand new. Don’t waste your time calling any other shops, Brownies is a 5 star place, And deserves everyone’s business.

They've already diagnosed it and didn't find anything wrong with it. John had one of the trans builders take a ride with me to see my concern while driving it. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
