In town for the holidays and noticed some small leakage around the transmission and wanted to see if the transmission fluid was still full and if the leak was concerning before a milti-day drive home. They got me in same day and gave professional advice (thankfully fluid was full) and though I was prepared to, they didn't even charge me. Thank you, thank you, I know your time is valuable during a busy time of year!!

I was first a customer, and now I'm a big supporting fan of Brownies IT in Beavercreek - Fairly new to the Dayton, OH, area as of February 2024, my transmission in my 2016 Ford Escape gave out this past Spring while traveling South on the 675. My car stalled out on a Sunday morning on my way to work. I called AAA and had my car towed to a local AAA Auto Repair & Service center who quoted me $9,800 to repair my transmission. My father-in-law recommended I take it to Brownies IT on Dayton/Xenia where I was quoted $5,400 to repair only what needed to be repaired rather than replacing the entire transmission. Your team there did an amazing job and had my vehicle back to me within a week - just in time to take it on a 10-day road trip... It's been running like a champ ever since! Suffice to say, I will be bringing my 2010 Ford Escape to your team for preventative transmission service!

I dropped my truck off that night, by the next day the manager called me with a diagnosis. Unfortunately, the transmission needed rebuilt, and Doug informed me of all of the parts, labor, and cost upfront. The job was done in less than a week, now that is service! The truck is driving like brand new. Don’t waste your time calling any other shops, Brownies is a 5 star place, And deserves everyone’s business.
