  They couldn't help me because the object I ran over put a hole that was too wide to repair correctly, which I agree with. At least they looked and point me in the right direction, which was actually a road hazard plan that the tire came with from the original retailer.

  Fast, reliable and friendly staff. One of the employees even put Bluey on the lobby TV for my kid. 😆

  I’ve been here quite a few times but recently started to notice how unfriendly they were, they seem stretched thin. Most recently they plugged a tire for me and two days later it was going flat again. During that tire repair they also forgot to change my wiper blades and assess exhaust noise which I requested. When I noticed the tire flat as I was about to start my drive out of state for work, I called them and frantically asked if they could fit me it to repair it which they said they couldn’t until the following week and there was nothing else they could do about it. Luckily I called Mr Tire in Avon who graciously took my car in right before closing and replaced the plug with a larger one. I think they may have even closed late due to doing me this favor, something tire choice should have done. I will definitely be taking my device elsewhere from now on.

  Brought my son’s car in on a Friday for a slow tire leak. Before the visit, it needed air every two weeks. After their repair, the tire was flat the very next day. Tried to return it Saturday and was told it had to be in by 3 PM, even though they’re open until 6. We had to buy an air pump just to get the car back to the shop. The car then sat all day Sunday, and on Monday we were told they couldn’t look at it until Tuesday—for a repair that takes about 20 minutes. Staff was rude and unhelpful, and when questioned, we were told to come pick up the car. Poor service and poor workmanship. Would not recommend.

  The employees were friendly, but consistently gave me different information in the shop than i saw on the web site. Especially in regards to getting a quote. The web site would give one quote and the shops would give one hundreds of dollars more than the website. The website did say to be prepared for minor cost differences, but mine was hundreds. I made an appointment online for a specific set of 4 tires, a tire alignment, and an oil change. The next day. I was told those tires are not available anywhere. So my price went from 600+ dollars to $675.00. Then when I picked up the car there was no olio change done. The cost of the oil change was in the original estimate. The staff clearly did not look at it. So I was ultimately charged more and without an oil change. The tires are great but not the best overall experience. I wont go back.
