Their customer service, knowledge, and genuine goal of wanting the cystomer to get the very best in every aspect of buying and owning a vehicle canot be matched by any other dealership.

  I had a bad experience with, Jeff Wyler Nissan, and a dishonest sales team. I was exchanging emails back and forth with Antonio Sweeney and explained everything I was looking for in a lease with their sales team. The details included MSRP, Sales Price, Buy Rate, Residual Value, and also a trade I had. I explained I would be trading in a lease and the value it was worth via Carvana, Carmax, and Edmunds vs what I owed. We received a text from Antonio asking us to bring in our trade for an appraisal. Antonio went on to say "if the numbers were accurate, we would be close to the numbers I requested". Once I arrived at Jeff Wyler Nissan, no one knew anything about my emails and wanted to start the process over again. The sales manager said he had read the email and would work up a quote. After about 15 minutes the sales manager came back and said he couldn't find the email. Even though there was nothing wrong with our 2024 Mazda CX-30 we were trading in, they came back with a value several thousand dollars less than what Carvana, Carmax, and Edmunds offered. Ultimately they came back with a monthly lease payment $200 more per month. Overall they were disorganized and I believe they were dishonest in their business practice. They will say what ever they want to try and get you into the dealership. They treated me just like every car buying expert on Tic Tock said they would. I attempted to call you and address my concerns. I left a message at extension 30537, and did not hear back from anyone.

  I love how jeff wyler nissan in bativia goes over the work they did on your car even sends you a video to review what they did. While checking out they go over everything they did and what they found on inspection of your car. I fully trust this Nissan dealer. I will drive the extra miles to this location from middletown. Thanks again for the great service!

  I had a good experience buying my new car. Antonio( CHEEZY ) was very helpful and let me take my time and take a few different test drives. I didn't feel rushed or a burden for not knowing exactly what I wanted. Financial part was easy and she took her time to explain my questions. A+ EXPERIENCE!

  Just left Jeff Wyler Nissan in a 2026 Nissan pathfinder! Jeremy Eastham was amazing! I traded in my 2018 Rogue S. He helped me learn all the features of the new car because my previous was a base model. I usually dread dealing with salesman but Jeremy listened to me from the start and helped me get exactly what I needed without the usually hassle of salesman. He was great and would highly recommend asking for him if you go. He cared about things I said and helped me find my perfect car. This was my first time purchasing a new car on my own.
