I held my opinions until I recently took my vehicle to Jeff Schmitt for another look at it since I am getting close to my bumper to bumper warranty expiring and guess who fixed all the issues that Wyler said they “could not duplicate” during the 21 day tenure that they had my vehicle with absolutely ZERO communication. I was a service department manager for 10 years and have never seen disorganization and no communication like I received at Wyler, In my opinion I highly recommend you educate your service department with the Chris Collin’s training program because they need it. One of the issues I had fixed at Jeff Schmitt in ONE DAY not 3 weeks was the stereo speakers sounding like they were blown. The service manager told me he didn’t understand why it wasn’t fixed at the other dealer, he said there was a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) for my exact issue that was released prior to my service date at the other dealer (Jeff Wyler) and that it should have been fixed no questions asked. The other issue I had fixed today was the brake pulsation issue which ended up being a defective part. 3 weeks without my car at Wyler and no resolution. Jeff Schmitt took 2 days and fixed all of my issues at no cost to me. I am now buying a car from them for my father for how well they have treated me and they have my business from now on.
