The fact the Manager called me while I was at home enjoying my day to say she will guarantee approval when I told her I wanted to wait to get more down payment funds we have been emailing for the past couple weeks and remind you this a 30 min drive from where I'm located, for them to just run my credit and put a hard inquiry & deny me the fact she lied about the no down payment is crazy you should of not called my phone what a waste of my time and gas @ 3.99 a gallon especially during rush hour never again.stop promising vehicles, everybody credit not the same stop saying what you can garuntee if you can't make it work for everyone if you pre approved me you ran my credit already and should of seen what you could do such a joke.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jeff Wyler Used Car Megastore while trying to purchase a vehicle after mine was totaled from being rear-ended. Like many customers, I trusted their claims about a “multipoint inspection” and expected a certain level of safety and reliability. Unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced. Over the course of a weekend, I test drove several vehicles. One in particular, a Kia Q4 or Q5, was so unsafe it should never have been on the lot. The brakes and rotors were clearly shot. You could feel the grinding immediately just driving through the lot, and it was loud enough to hear with the windows up. It was obvious this vehicle needed immediate repair, yet it was still being shown and offered for sale. That alone made me question how thorough (or honest) their inspection process really is. We ultimately purchased a Jaguar XE 25t for our 16-year-old son, thinking we found a great deal. However, we quickly discovered a major issue that was never disclosed: the key fob does not unlock the driver’s door. Our son is literally forced to climb in through another door just to get into the car. I thought no big deal, we purchased the 6 month dealer warranty, well when we brought this to their attention, instead of addressing the issue, they ran to pull our financial agreement and argued that we didn’t purchase an additional warranty for electrical components. This was incredibly frustrating, as this is a basic functionality issue that should have been disclosed, or better yet, fixed before the car was ever sold. When I mentioned leaving a review about this experience, they showed zero concern, which speaks volumes about how they treat their customers after the sale. To make matters worse, just a few days later when we took the car in for an oil change, we discovered it has an oil leak. Again, something that absolutely should have been caught and addressed during their so-called multipoint inspection. When my son brought the vehicle back to them, we were told they wanted to keep the car, but couldn’t even give a timeline for when it would be looked at. This is completely unrealistic. We rely on that vehicle, and I am still without a car myself since mine was totaled. My son and I had been sharing a vehicle, and now this situation has forced me into rushing another purchase. I originally planned to buy my replacement vehicle from Jeff Wyler as well, but after this experience, there is no chance I will give them any more of my money. Between unsafe vehicles on the lot, undisclosed issues, lack of accountability, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware!!!

They have a building shaped like an octagon. I sat with a young salesman Bailey King. When he showed me the carfax he kept flipping through it in an attempt to hide the reports that showed damage. The specific car was a 2013 Cadillac. Low mileage two owners and given the line it was owned by an older couple and averaged 3,000 miles a year. I asked if I could scroll through the carfax and found that it had been in 6 accidents. 2 minor 2 concerning and 2 that had significant damage. The biggest one was over 75% of the car. The damage was across the entire front end and the entire length of the driver side and the entire rear end of the car and from the back passenger side up the the passenger side door. He's a very deceptive person and car salesman.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a mixed experience overall. My salesman, Jeff H. was friendly and kind, and I appreciated his willingness to help. However, it often felt like he was juggling multiple customers at once, which made the process feel a bit rushed and at times lacking in attention to detail. I was also disappointed with the condition of the car when it was handed over to me. The cleaning job did not meet my expectations, especially for a vehicle that was just sold. Additionally, I quickly realized that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced right away and the oil needed to be changed, which was frustrating to discover immediately after purchase. What was most disheartening, though, was that my gas tank was not filled before I drove off the lot. I had been told by Jeff that they would fill it up, so finding that it wasn’t done left me feeling overlooked as a customer. Overall, while I appreciated Jeff’s kindness, the lack of follow-through and attention to these important details made the experience less satisfying than I had hoped.

Do not buy from this dealership. My entire experience has been awful and is continuing to be awful. Beyond unprofessional. During the buying process my questions were ignored and instead the salesman was texting. After buying the car the salesman left an unprofessional voice mail on my mother’s phone. I was also told that I would get a second key if I came in on Monday or Friday between certain times and every time I show up during that time I am told the person who makes the keys is gone. I called on Friday and was talked to in a very condescending tone and was told that he was supposed to be there from 12-3 and yet when I called at 12:15 he had already left for the day. When I asked if I could get it done somewhere else I was told no. This is insane. I work, therefore, I am unable to show up in the middle of the morning to be able to get the key that should’ve been given when I picked up my vehicle. I also had one of my taillights out and when I asked for it to be fixed I was told someone would contact me and I never heard anything. The car wasn’t cleaned well at all when I got it either. The outside had been washed but the inside was very dirty. This was my first time buying a car and this process has been miserable. I will make sure that nobody I know goes to this dealership unless they want to be lied to and treated like garbage. I am beyond frustrated with how this entire process has gone and how I haven’t gotten any answers. I was then told to go back and talk to Rob so that I could get a loaner vehicle and leave my car to be fixed. After driving all the way out of my way AGAIN I was passed around and not treated well at all. I was not even spoken to by Rob at all. I was then passed all the way back to the original car salesman who then decided to say that my car could be fixed the next day and that he would pick up my car from my job, drive it all the way back to the dealership, have it fixed, and brought back to my work. Obviously, this works better with my work schedule but is again adding unnecessary mileage to my car and wasting my gas. I should’ve just been given a loaner vehicle and been able to pick up my car the next day. Now after having someone take and drop off my car… I was not told when my car was dropped off and it was left in a public parking lot with the keys in it unlocked without my knowledge. And on top of that when I got in my car it smelled like marijuana. I am extremely disappointed with the experience and treatment I have received from this dealership.
