- KFKyla F.Mar 3, 20261.0Stopped in to buy a Jeep. Finance was working out a deal but the appt was taking longer than expected to I had to leave due to another appt. The salesman Spencer Burress informed me he’d give me a call. 6pm rolls around and no response. Mind you my appt was scheduled for 10am that morning. I set him a text that evening around 6pm asking for an update. No response. The next day rolls around, still no response. I had to call him and request an update. He also told me he’d call me back on Sunday with an update. Crickets. Today is 3/3 and still no communication. Needless to say this dealer will not ever get my business.

- JWJosh WatsonDec 12, 20251.0After bringing in my 2021 ram (that still has powertrain warranty) I was told I would need to pay $1800 in tear down and a knocking engine would may or may not be covered. Why have a powertrain warranty when the dealership will not honor it or help in any regard. Definitely will never be back here again.
