We took time out of 2 of our days to go to the dealership with no rental. After telling them we are going to just take our 2024 Chevy Colorado back and if we get into an accident it would be on them, they changed their minds and gave us a rental but not without another disagreement. Tried to give us a EV and told us we could come there and charge it, thats a real inconvenience for us. I could go on and on, Chevy service dept needs to do better, Jeff Wyler over all needs to do better in all areas.
